I've signed out of solidarity.

To be honest though I do feel the time for more "malicious" action like the Twitter campaign Dr.Tone started had already come. But perhaps this more formal way is indeed the better one. I can be rather direct and agressive sometimes instead of politically correct and am not sure what's the best way to get the French moving.

I work for French company, I've email HQ a half dozen time requesting information on various things and never got a response once.  Sound familiar?  Out of boredom I decided to fire up the "malicious" Twitter campaign again.

Maybe they do have a sense of humour?  (Or maybe they 'like' everything @devialet without reading it??)

I think they have a few brilliant engineers when it comes to the hardware but are utterly clueless when it comes to everything else.  PR, support, social media and most of all software development.

If they had a clue they wouldn't have implemented a 2003 technology (DLNA) over something special like Roon or any other actual current audio delivery topology.
