Don't know if you saw my other issue I had with not being able to register my new 250Pro on the Devialet Support area, it says my serial number is invalid (raised a ticket on Devialet Support, but still waiting for a reply).
No problem registering mine. The serial number changed during the upgrade, the numbers were the same but a C became a G iirc. Have you checked the serial number via the display?
