Hi yaba,
Those are not lan power adapter but just power adapters.( pics joined).
Most of my serious listening is without the grills.
Now i m on Air 3.0.4 mac and devialet wired .(all ethernet cables very ship ones)
Linksys switch , tv and receiver are linked to that power adapter and devialet is linked via burmester entry level power cord directly to wall socket.
Sound is very very good now, few speakers placement made sound more open and bass more tight now and controlled!
Giving myself more time to get used to the sound,i think cleaning the network hardware( some isolation tweaks like intona, better cables like supra cat 8..) will give my system some benefit.
A power conditionner like audioquest niagra 1000 will add some punch as well.. but step by step... i m much happier now!
