You are definitely within your rights to complain about the poor customer service. Devialet should just change the case and replace the PSU. If you are not happy with Devialet just sell up and move to another company.

Did you manage to get your d200 replaced in the end?
I do a little knife making on the side so I know about working with metal and they have done a really sloppy job.
I've hand polished knives to give them a mirror finish and the finish on my unit is just terrible.
Really inconsistent with lines going everywhere.
I'm glad I'm not coming across as someone complaining about minute details.
I just don't understand why they are making such a big deal out of all of this.
