What I find surprising is that to my knowledge AQ have been informed about this issue in 2016. Yet here we are in 2017 and no resolution has been found. I personally think that Kerkhoffd is right, this looks like an issue with Devialet rather than AQ. Maybe giving Devialet support a call would be more prudent.
