If it was 1Gb I got the" Audio file loading slowly..  " errors. But setting it to 100 Mb was not enough. I had to disable "autonegotiation"  on two ports. 

Okay, I see that you also had to disable auto negotiation on the port fed by the router.  Clear enough.
