PMC Twenty 26 + D200

I have (it's the combo I will end up with, just waiting for the speakers to arrive!)

I tested: ProacD30R, SF Olympica II & Venere series, Focal 928, Kudos C20, B&W CM series, PMC Fact 8 and others too!!

I thought it was the best all-rounder of the bunch. I was really surprised that the Olympica didn't impress, I had expected that to be the winner.

Runner up for me was the  ProacD30R, they are excellent too. But no SAM, although that will come shortly I am sure. The PMC's have it out of the box so that really helped the decision.

You *really* need to demo, speaker preference is very personal - I know others love the Fact 8 over the 20.26, you have to hear them for yourself.

Very helpful post. I have not got my 200 yet but have a demo tomorrow. Already thinking about new speakers in the future and the 26s are high on my list as I already have the 23s and love their sound.
