Unexpected activity on router
#4
I had a partial response from Thierry - "The Ethernet card remains on even when the Devialet is in Stand By to be able to react to the ON / OFF function of the iPhone app or Android. If you want the module to not react to the remote app, you can deactivate this function in the configurator."

I tried this (General Settings>Remote>App Remote Control 'Disabled' and there is now no router activity when the Devialet is sleeping.

He didn't explain why the devices on all the router ports are being polled when the Devialet is awake. Certainly none of my other devices that can be controlled remotely e.g. Naim NDX n-Stream generate this type of network activity.
IMac macOS 10.15.3 (no link to Devialet Sad ) / MacBook Pro Retina OS X 10.14.4 / Linn LP12 / Devialet 200 Wilson Benesch Discovery.
Qobuz Desktop Latest Version / Audirvana 3.2.18 / Audirvana Remote / iTunes 12.9 / AIR 3.0.4 / Wi-Fi / FW 8.1.0 / SAM 50%
