220 to 440 problem

Is there a foolproof way of doing this cause I'm getting left output from my original 220 but nowt out of the new one. Shall I wipe all files off both cards, delete all my configurations off the Devialet site and start afresh with the installation process?

Yes, you need to wipe out all the settings and start with a fresh one and you will need to download 2 different configs one for master other for the companion and install them to different cards that will go into different amps.
