I'm using the following cable; HMS Sestetto MK-III Digitalkabel 110 Ohm. I've my Slim Devices Transporter connected to my D400. HMS are a German cable specialist, based in Leverkusen.
Unfortunately their website has been "under construction" for years now, but often the owner will personally help with any questions you might have.
