IMHO It’s definitely worth it if you also want to sit down and listen to the music and enjoy the sound stage, it is significantly better. If you only intend to use the Phantom as a background sound floor, one might suffice. Be prepared to be a bit more careful regarding positioning and physical height of the Phantoms if you go Stereo though.
