Amp reports: Incorrect configuration
#1
Switched on amp today.  Message appears "Wrong config"

Model is a 110 which was upgraded to a 120

Looked at on-line configurator, and the setting I saved in October now says "140 Expert".  The 120 model has disappeared

Reloaded that and still get same message

Loaded it again onto a new 2Gb SD card formatted FAT32.  Same message appears

Any thoughts?  Sub no longer works and crossover frequencies all incorrect

I've had a config change on me as well. Strange, but I was able to create a new one and all was well. But if you're model is no longer there, then I'd suggest submitting a ticket to Devialet on their support site.

Click on "Expert" tab (instead of "Expert Pro"), and you will see your 120.

I cannot see Expert.  Only see 140Pro

(Also, sub out has disappeared...!)

(That is with Chrome for Windows and Safari on Mac)

Here are the steps:
- Log in with your account on Devialet site.
- Access your account (https://www.devialet.com/en-eu/configuratorapp/account/).
- Go to "Expert configuration".
- Click on "CONFIGURE A NEW SETTINGS FILE".
- Click on "Access configurator".
- Click on "CONFIGURE MY DEVIALET".
- You will see the picture from my previous post. Click on "EXPERT" tab (the one in the left).
- Click on "Preamplified output" (if you have this module installed).
- Click "Next".
