I've seen Jplay mentioned by a few Roon users. Have never used it and so don't understand it - what are the advantages of combining with Roon?
Fortunately I haven't ran into any issues or rough edges yet in my use.

JPlay (http://jplay.eu) has become my default 'sound output engine', I haven't even tried Roon (bridge) without it.
