Arch Phonostage
#1
Hello,

recently i bought a pair of Devialet Phantom II and an arch. I connected my Turntable (Technics 1200 G with Nagaoka MP-500 cartridge) to it and found that the arch i transmissing a relative high acoustic noise even with no record spinning.
Is that normal? How are your experiences with the arch?

I'm using wireless all the way (2 Phantoms and the arch). All 3 units are connected in the same Powerline.

Thank you

Best
Peter

Have you tried disconnecting the cables between the turntable and the Arch? Is the Arch still noisy?

Didn't tried that. But after spinning another record and in between listening to roon i am now back to the arch and at the moment the noise is gone.
Strange - but when it stays like this it's ok.
If it comes back i will try disonnecting the cables - thank's for the suggestion.

Best
