No, but the gif loop, dimensional drawings, text description and photos ar the bottom are obviously lifted from the Devialet site and contain references to ADH. Some of the reviews mention the words "Devialet", "Spark", "Dialogue" and "Phantom".  Naughty eh?

Yet another Chinese fake

A really bad news fake which surfaced here were fake Duracell AA and AAA batteries. Many people fitted these in fairly expensive items (like a wireless alarm device) to find they began leaking badly within a few months

The fakes were indistinguishable from the original and were being sold at street markets. It took Customs and Excise several years to arrest one importer. By then the damage had been done and Duracell, which hitherto had been a dependable brand, lost a great deal of market share

It should have been obvious to consumers that there should have been a specific reason that a known brand of battery was suddenly available at a 60% discount. I have seen batteries sitting in the sun, leaking in the wrapper

Indeed naughty. But be sure, non of these reviews are real. Neither these drawings are real. It's just a very bad fake; very likely from China.

Copying the text from the reviews, and pasting it into a search engine, shows that they are reviews written by customers who bought real Phantoms on Amazon.com. Also, the product description is a word for word lift from the Amazon.com site.
But no matter. This company, who have an office in Lewisham, London are treading on thin ice. What makes me laugh is the wording under the heading: Intellectual Property Rights, at the bottom of the advert page. They are asking to get sued.

Devialet has a had a notice on their website for some time about these phoney phantoms. I certainly hope that they do not sell a single one. I hope also they get hit hard, with a sizeable hammer. Figuratively speaking, of course.

Brilliant! I've always wanted five Gold Phantoms for a killer Surround system. <Scribble-Scribble>. Pay cheque: "CASH" to Starlooke.

Ha - love it! Smile I am tempted to buy one - it’s got a 2 year guarantee after all

Love the fact they have a special menu option called “intellectual property rights “In the event of any concerns or complaints about possible violation of intellectual property rights, please send us an email at Legal@whosebilling.com , identifying with specificity the rights alleged to be violated and the accused
product(s).”

Maybe that’s why they had to somehow make it look the same but utterly shit at the same time?

In response to Damon: although you'd need a sizeable hammer to completely wreck a real Phantom, I think these Starlooke ones would crumple under one strike from a child's plastic toy hammer.
