Audio lag when connecting t to TV by optical

Hello!!

I’m new and did a quick search and not sure what to look for but I’ve been looking into getting a stereo pair of the Phantom 1 db 103.

I want to pair them with my LG C4 OLED via optical that way I can use them for audio through all connected devices to the tv. 

My question is how is the audio lag if there is any? 

I’m sure it’s been asked a lot and I’m sorry to ask again but I do appreciate any advice!

No audio lag, works like a charm. Reset Phantoms after you made the first connection with your optical cable. Set the volume with the Devialet app after you changed the input on your C4 from internal to optical. Enjoy!!

Without using direct optical mode, there is a lag which you set in the app. Minimum is 60ms, at a cost to stability.
