A dealer here in Johannesburg, South Africa was found to be stocking fake Audioquest cables, both interconnect, digital and optical

A give-away was the weight of the interconnect. Less than half of the real thing and, taking off the RCA plug, it was the thinnest cable I have seen. The inner conductor was a single 0.4mm diameter copper wire
