What is the best digital input for d-premier coax, optical,aes or hdmi? And what is the best sample rate 24/192? Best being the highest quality of sound.

The best input is AES/EBU. Make sure the cable you use is a proper 110 ohm cable. A coax input is also quite good, I have no experience with HDMI.

I have upcoming a Lumin U2 Mini - offering USB and SPDIF, AES/EBU
Guess AES/EBU is also the best input, which also depends on the internal processing done by the Devialet.
