Bluetooth not working on new Gold

Just have hooked up my new Phantom Gold. Spark and Airplay work perfectly. I can't see it in my Bluetooth preferences, though. I've restarted both Phantom and Dialog as per instructions. My former Silver Phantom had no issues with Bluetooth: I'm using Apple products: various Mac laptops and iPhone X.
