Brand New Phantom Gold Cover Stuck

Hi Guys,

Great info on this forum! 

I have a problem.  My wife and I just bought 3 Phantom Golds and the first one, as soon as powering it up, it did its wobble but compared to the other two, it appears popped out, protruded or stuck out from the rest of the case in comparison to the other two.  At the moment, I'm not even using it out of concern.  I'm just using the two that look right.  Any thoughts as to what I can do or do I just need to make a claim and return for service with Devialet?

Someone else had this problem. It’s advised to contact Devialet support and have the unit replaced. It’s a very rare defect in production. The reason or the impacts on sound is unknown but Devialet consider it a replaceable issue. I’ve only ever seen it once before and it was replaced right away.

Woofers should always be flush with the casing when not playing.
