Connecting multiple devices to Phantom I over Bluetooth
#1
Hello,

I've been looking for an option to connect 4 devices, a Sony Blu-ray player, a laptop, a phone and an iPad, to a pair of Phantom I Golds in Stereo configuration over Bluetooth (or WiFi), with no luck. Looks like Phantoms can only be paired to one device at a time despite supporting Bluetooth 5.0. Putting them in pairing mode and pairing them with the device you're trying to play music each and every time doesn't make sense, but I'm selecting the source before playback like you'd do on a receiver.

Is there any device I could get that could perhaps act as an intermediary, i.e. it would be paired with the Phantoms as a transmitter but itself allow being paired with multiple devices as a Bluetooth receiver?

Alternatively, is it possible to stream music to the Phantoms over WiFi? Afterall Arch seems to do that no?

The Blu-ray player could be connected via the optical input, the other sources via AirPlay over WiFi if they're Apple products, or UPnP if they're not.
