DG II - Issue with Loud Sound Picking Up in Transparency Mode

I brought it to the gym today, I noticed an issue. I enabled transparency mode and the moment the weights clashed with one another, it produced a "cling" sound which the buds picked up rather loudly and immediately both buds stopped working(playing any music). However, the buds are still connected to the phone and it can still be toggled around(adjust ANC, EQ etc). Only after 5 min the right buds starts playing music again, but the left would not. I tested the scenerio again, the moment the buds picked up the "cling" sound, it stopped working again. The whole time, the left cannot be triggered back on. Only after I put back the earbuds in the case, and take it out again then left earbuds work. 

I have already reached out to support on this, but just to post here to see if anyone has the same issue.

Just take it out and put it back in the ear,
