I have two Phantom1 GOLD. The first is updated to DOS 2.13, the second is mot updating, it is in 2.10. I need the DOS 2.13 firmware file in order to update using web browser.

Yes, I tried it already. It will be best to find the firmware file in order to update it manually.

Have you contacted Devialet Support? They can push the update to the speaker. The firmware file is likely unobtainable, Devialet hasn't released a firmware file for the Phantom, ever.
