Devialet 220 Pro review from Hifiverse
#1
A very interesting review from a new site about high-quality audio. After 14 years, the technology still impresses:

I wondered where the domain io.com is from. By the looks of it he ordered it when it just came out and Fedex finally delivered it.

What Does .io Mean?

.io is a country-code top-level domain name (ccTLD) for the Chagos Archipelago, assigned to the British Indian Ocean Territory (BIOT). However, it has become a generic domain and is popular in the tech world since IO or I/O means input/output in computer science.
Mac mini with Roon, Devialet 220 Pro CI, Transparent Ultra G5 speaker cables, Sonus Faber Guarneri Tradition and a pair of ears.

Perhaps if the reviewer at Hifiverse had tried a source other than a computer, the results would have been better

For me, there is a vast improvement from a Windows PC to a Lumin U2, either from a SSD or streaming from Tidal
Cape Town - South Africa, the home of good wine
Lumin U2,  Valve Audio Exclaimé.  4Tb SSD.  ML Electromotion, 2 x Dachshunds - Devialet has gone

Absolutely - a Holo Audio is even considerably better than the Lumin.
