Hi can someone please help me with the package labels/invoices for the Elevate exchange?
I am in UK and I know I need to send 3 copies of the invoice. Where do I sign the invoice? In the box that states “shipper”? And date it there too?
Do the 3 copies go in the box or attach to side of box in the plastic envelope along with the shipping label?
I haven’t yet received the boxes from UPS. Do I need to put the phantoms in their original boxes then in UPS boxes or is the UPS box all I need?

The UPS boxes are all you need. Your signature and date in the "shipper" box should be sufficient. Remember to sign all three copies.

Thanks. Did you put the signed invoices into the box or attach them to the outside of the box?

You have to attach them to the the outside of the box.

Hi
I put 3x on the outside with one of those label wallets. I also did an extra copy in the box just in case it fell off!
I was most concerned about about the whole process but it all went very smoothly for me (I’m in the uk too). The only delay was a lost empty box on the first send out to me, but that was ups being dim!
Once I had sent them back the new phantoms were with me within the week.
