Interesting review, thanks for posting Borgen! Thankfully, google translate does do a reasonable job of creating an English version.
To quote ....
Phono input is one of the quietest I've ever heard. Even with a low voltage from the pickup, there is no audible noise from his own RIAA step in Expert 1000 Pro.
If this is true, then a big improvement over my slightly hissy D800 phono stage!

Lyd&bild is a magazine that is avalible in both Norway and Sweden and I have the Swedish version on my computer. The main thing that buggs me the most with the test nowdays in this magazine is that they dont measure anything anymore. A couple of years ago the did measure the power and some other things and presented a power cube so one could see if the amps gave there specified power. I know this does not tell us anything about the sound but it is to me nice to know that a amps reaches it specified numbers.
This is what the used to do on the amps (Rotel 1080)
Speakers:TAD CE-1. Amplifier: TAD M2500mk2. Digital: TAD DA1000-TX, Innuos Statement Next-gen, Innuos PhoenixNET.

This is also something I noticed as I have tested other amps with quieter RIAA than my D400 so the question is have Devialet changed the RIAA or does the reviewer have bad ears

But one thing is wrong in the review according to what translated by Google Translate - the bottom plate of LE1000 is not 'copper coated'. It is pure copper.

Trust me they do get a lot of things wrong in the tests......this about the bottom plate was one thing and they also stated that Devialet has an app that can be used for remote control and that is correct but they also wrote that it could be used for streaming WRONGand that you could stream music from your phone directly to the amp WRONG
I dont really give much for the tests in this magazine any more.

Google Translate: There is also an app for Devialet, which can be used instead of the bulky remote control and provides additional features. Including streaming.
With my Devialet Remote app I can stream all music stored on my iDevice. I do guess that's what he means. Here's a screenshot how it looks like while streaming:
