Devialet and Kernom Ridge

I was watching a YouTube video and was surprised to hear of Devialet’s involvement in a new guitar overdrive pedal.  Whether Devialet are directly involved or their engineers  are now working for a different company is not clear.

For what I understand engineers who worked on that pedal and most likely found the Kernom brand have met together as they are worked in Devialet on the development of the first Phantom
