Devialet reactors connection issue
#1
Hello guys,

I have bought 2 devialet reactors 600 2 months ago. At some point they worked fine, but from one month ago I have connection problems. When they are in stereo mode, they are losing connection every 3-4 seconds. One of them is playing and other stops. They are on wi-fi, firmware is the same, preferred connection is set to wi-fi. I have tried reseting them, changing their spots, setting them again from the scratch, unplugging and nothing seemed to work. Any suggestions?
P.S. - I am using Devialet app, not Spark. The Reactors are bought brand new from the local distributor in Serbia.

Hi,

have you tried to connect the speakers with ethernet cable? Just to see if that is more stable. You can also try PLC for the L R connection to see if that is better than your current situation. Another option is optical into one speaker and ethernet cable between the two. In the last scenario you'd need a separate streamer with optical out. Bluesound Node is one of the many that does this..
