About AVM 8.3 the power is enough , tubes give a little more warm Sound , not like a tupe amp , but just a little, i have Innuos both zen and reclock usb, connectet to avm vith usb and Sound great, there is different connections ,i Can use bass, treble ,if i want ,but not use, filter who Can Roll smout off and Another more fast , the build qualite is great, you Can Bye avm 6.3 and later you Can Bye the tubes take the top off and Connect the tubes it take less than 5 minuts and then you have 8.3 ,and the display show 8.3 ,and the top have a Window where you Can see the tubes, it is a Heavy amp 22,5 kg ,the Remote is a little heavy, one Peace of metal, there are many connections behind, and i class A headphone who is great.all in all a great amp with a great DAC . The 2 knots is smout and feel great .

Hi @Finn
much appreciated fast answer.

" ... you Can Bye avm 6.3 and later you Can Bye the tubes take the top off and Connect the tubes it take less than 5 minuts and then you have 8.3 ,and the display show 8.3 ,and the top have a Window where you Can see the tubes .."

Well, I already have something similar: Pass Labs XA 30.8 (power amp in A class only) + Lampizator (tube preamp + DAC) +Innuos Pulse streamer.
I am curious about the all-in-one solution which might replace my Devialet Expert Pro 220 CI.
How can you explain the sonic difference comparing Devialet and AVM 8.3? Which sound do you prefer?
kind regards and many thanks for the useful info.

I Can tell you why i Bye avm , before i have 220 pro, i was glad about dev ,but i play records and could newer play with out hiss, even dyn has a good riaa build in , i get tired about no more updates, no respons from dev , about any ploblems, after pro,i feel that the compagny has ,given up on expertline , they fokus on phantom,. Well Devialet has speaker matchving who is great, they has a good build in riaa, but it gav me hiss, expertline has good thing yes , and if devialet has Continue taking Care of expertline mabye i still have that, but i feel it was time to move , and i Think that i get more deep Sound, and tube,as i say just a litte warm, and i have a amp from a compagny who make hi-fi, and not a thing from a compagny who make glamor to a House, what i feel is deep Sound and power behind , not always play High ,but the power is good to have , i feel the Sound is not clinical but as i Said a little warm. I Bye a phonostage ps Audio ,and play records with much fun. All in all i Don,t want thing from a compagny i feel give a shit about ther clients .

I have two tonearms, one high output and the Devialet Expert phono is excellent for that. I did not like noise using m/c, so I bought an external phono, the RCM Sensor 2 Mk2. It is magnificent.

I also have a Zen Mk3 and use Innuos Sense via usb, which is also superb.

Sure, there have been no updates from Devialet since 2019, but that update solved the outstanding software issue by making the unit Roon Ready.

I'd love to know what people want Devialet Expert to do that it doesn't do already.

If you want a warmer sound from tube distortion, then fine.

Hi @ssfas
let me give you my impressions.

"..I'd love to know what people want Devialet Expert to do that it doesn't do already.
If you want a warmer sound from tube distortion, then fine. "

Well, I have a tube (DAC/preamp) in my second system, and wouldn't call it distortion or Devialet's sound clinical. I still have both systems, and enjoy both.
You said you have an external streamer. Me too. And many people here.
The first thing I want from Devialet is to improve the streamer. If you're satisfied with Devialet's streamer why did you buy an external streamer?
Secondly, support for Tidal/Qobuz. Why shall I pay for Roon's service? I am a software engineer, and I can suppose that adding support for Tidal/Qobuz is not a million-dollar project needing 10 software engineers to work on it.
Third, SAM support. It is strange that Devialet doesn't invest more time into more and more speakers to be embraced by SAM. And in that way expand the number of customers. I asked them several times for SAM support for my speakers and gave up.

Anyhow, I didn't give up on Devialet, and thinking of upgrading to Expert Pro 250 or Expert Pro 440, but will not purchase anything until I see what will happen with the "out of stock" label on all Expert Pro units on Devialet's site.
I don't want to purchase some product that the company discontinued. At least, Devialet is still more of a computer than a traditionally built Hi-Fi separate.
Thanks

I did not buy the Innuos Zen 3 as a streamer. I bought it in February 2019 as a music server and Roon Core. This was a direct result of  Devialet Expert becoming Roon Ready.

More recently I bought a QNAP TS-473 for business use. I now use that as my Roon Core. I still use the Innuos Zen in my main system with its Sense app, but I could remove it and put the music files on the QNAP. It is now redundant.

I have about 30 Roon Ready products in my house. I use it most of the time and my wife loves it. I paid something like $500 for a lifetime license. Given how brilliant it is with multi-room audio and groups of devices, there is nothing comparable, I consider it great value.

If I had a standalone system I would not use Roon. I would use Sense on Innuos. If I did not have the Innuos, I would do what I did before and use uPnP from a mobile device or Devialet Air from my laptop or usb.

You don't need Roon to use Qobuz on Devialet Expert. I've been a Qobuz member since 2014. I've used it via uPnP and usb with an Auralic Aries Mini that cost £350. I bought it because Devialet told me they used it in-house. (I still have it.)

Devialet have explained that the "out of stock" is due to production or parts issues, and that it will shortly be back in production. This is very common. Just for example, PS Audio and Innuos have new products they can't manufacture because of lack of parts.

Mine are Dynaudio Evoke 50 (on sale at the moment)
C1 are Finn’s

Let me ask you regarding your system: is 250 Pro powerful enough to drive your speakers?
Asking that because of I am looking at the new speakers and Wilson SabrinaX (a new model) might be on the list as well, but not sure mine Expert Pro 220 CI will be able to run them easily?
