Difference 140pro vs. 220pro
#1
Does someone know if there are further technical differences except phono stage, power and I/O ? Is amplifier design ADHV2 , MAGIC Wire etc. identical ?

Yes, the rest of the design is identical between the two.

If the hardware is identical, meaning zero difference, then we should be able to change the firmware to make 140PRO become a 220PRO...

I don't think they are identical but might be very similar.

Since the question was beyond power, I answered yes.

Of course, because the power is different, the number of inductors is lower on the 140 than it is on the 220 or 250.

what is different with regards to the phono stage? or do you just mean that the 220 has 2 of them vs the 1 on the 140?

The 140 and 220 only have 1 phono stage, which AFAIK, are identical.
