Ok, gave a quick look on Asus drivers and they are quite old, from 2011! I checked the CPU specs and the GPU inside it supports up to OpenGL 4, so, there is no hardware limitation.

Just to be sure, were these the drivers from Intel you tried to install (3rd box)?

Another thing you can try is checking if you have all the latest DirectX 9.0c updates. Download this and install...

I was finding strange they were asking for OpenGL when during installation they refer DirectX... Those are competing APIs, usually you use one or the other...

There were a lot of updates to DirectX 9.0c, but a lot of people are not aware of them., and even the Windows update does not install them...
