Expert Configurator does not work anymore

When I try to load a saved config file from SD-card or harddisk it does not open, instead there is a forever spinning wheel on the configurator page.

I want to ask here, if anybody else has this problem before I open a support ticket at Devialet.

Yes, I get that, just created a bunch of different configs and saved them
