Thanks for the suggestion, @Jean-Marie, I'll try that.

By way of an update: I noticed the Apple TV has a setting "Airplay & Apple Home" -> "Peer-to-Peer Wireless" which was enabled.  I believe this setting is only present if the Apple TV has a hard-wired Ethernet connection, and it enables devices to connect directly to the Apple TV without being on the main network.  If I understand correctly, it uses Bonjour as a discovery mechanism which of course uses network probes.  As an experiment, I disabled this and - after an hour or so - my Devialet hasn't woken up again.  Fingers crossed.

If that continues to work, it might be a good-enough solution for me.  Alternatively it might suggest that disabling the Devialet's wi-fi interface might stop the unexpected waking-up.

In case it's relevant, I forgot to mention that my Apple TV is running tvOS 26.1.

(Full disclosure - I also changed the batteries in the Devialet's remote control, thereby breaking the first law of debugging by changing two things at once.)

My Apple TV too is connected via Ethernet and was when I was having the issue and "Peer-to-Peer Wireless" is and was also activated.
