High latency ping to phantom

Hi ,
Tried to ping today to both phantoms from local network and got high response TTL to both in wired and wireless about 40ms and above sometimes 100+ Is it normal?seems like high TTL for local...

Ping for wired devices in my local network is normally less than 1ms. For wifi devices (tablets and such) it may go up to 100+. Varies a lot. I do not have Phantoms though...

Im on 2.12.3 wired.
And i get after reboot 6 to 25ms...

Checked that issue more closely ans seems like the problem is at my side when pinging from wireless to wired the latency 8s high since they are in different segments.
