This my first post so please bear with me.
I have a single Silver Phantom with Dialog box.
I am having audio starting and stopping playing back hires files.
Used to play with no issues in late January.
I have done full reset , connect Phanton to same power point as Dialog [plc connection]
Also tried toshlink input with computer and WD media player music still stop and start.
Lower sampling freq like 24bit 96kHz track have no issues.
Any ideas?

Have you tried with ethernet connection? Do you have another PLC on your mains?

You are absolutely correct. Using ethernet bypassing the Dialog corrected the problem. Without the Dialog the Toslink input also works with dropout. Point towards a faulty Dialog.
Dropout only occurs at 24bit/192kHz. Lower sampling rates no problem
