I finally got my subs hooked up and like the sound. But when I turn the power off, both subs hum quietly. If I disconnect from the Dev, the humming stops. I also have connected them to the Yamaha receiver I us for AV and there is no hum. . .
I have replaced the cables and it makes no difference.
Any ideas?

+1 I have the same problem. Once the 200 powers off the hum goes away. Everything is on the same power block.

"Ground Loop"
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ground_loop_(electricity). This article is somewhat flawed but is good enough. You may have two units connected to different circuit breakers or something is connected to TV that uses a cable or the internet.
There are isolators that work well for this, if you can't fix the problem yourself.
