I love my 220 pro except for

the remote app, for some reason I’ve never been able to figure out but the 220 drops from my network so am unable to use the app on iPad.
It’s very frustrating and never had any problems with other kit I’ve owned.
I then have to go through the rite of un plugging and plugging in the 220 and factory reset, sometimes it can hold the network for a week or more, sometimes just a few hours.
Anyone else have similar experiences?

Do you use Ethernet or Wifi? I have experienced similar problems when using Ethernet.

I actually contacted Devialet’s support regarding this issue and they replied that this is a known issue/bug in the latest FW.

Not yet as far as I know.

I would recommend contacting Devialet’s support regarding this.
