Hello :

I am about to receive my 400 and I would like to place the 200+200 next to each other. 

Please let me know if I can do this (provided the inter device linking cable is long enough). 

I do not wish to place the 200 on top of another 200.

Yes you can do this - my 400 is side by side.

p.s. the included cable was long enough to allow side by side.
