Anyone had similar experience?

Hello guys,

I'm fairly new user of Devialet Phantom Silver. First of all, I'm very satisfied with sound but I had some rough moments seting up this beauty.
When I reset my Phantom with triple click and connect back to my phone via bluetooth my phantom plays at 10% volume what would normally do.
I have to reset it many times to get it working. I have it plugged 24/7. When I hold button and let it sleep and try reconnecting back I have to reset and redo process many times
to get it working. Has anyone had similar experience? I'd like to get my speaker ready to go whenever I like. 

Am I doing something wrong? Thanks.

Welcome to the forum.

Have you contacted Devialet Support? They may ask you to upgrade the software, but please read the upgrade documents and the various posts on this forum first before upgrading.

Are you using the Spark application on your phone or the Devialet App?
