thanks for your replies. This explains why I can listen to DSD files without the Devialet being able to play native DSD (yet). Another question: Is there any degradation in sound quality due to this conversion into PCM? I noticed in the Audio Path window of the MC that the signal is resampled from 352,8 KHz to 176,4 KHZ. So that might make adifference, at least in theory. But is anything else being 'lost in translation?'
