Latency?

Hello, I'm considering buying but I read in some publication that latency may be a real issue with the Gemini. Musical quality is no question, but I will be using the earbuds mostly to watch movies on my tablet: not just through Netflix and similar content providers (for which I understand that latency is directly corrected at their level) but also movies from my own library (mostly using my home server + PLEX). These movies were ripped from DVDs or downloaded, it's therefore no longer possible to introduce any shift between sound and video in case of Gemini latency being too noticeable: has anyone experienced something in this respect? Does latency remain at acceptable levels? I love music and Gemini sound, but equally movies: seeing lips moving while corresponding voice would come half a second later is definitely not acceptable to me...
