I then changed the connection cable to Audioquest WEL Signature XLR, with XLR-RCA convertor on one end and then a ground lift XLR convertor at the other end, the sound was completely upgraded. Soundstage becomes much bigger and more holographic, and detail levels also jumped up quite a lot.

Thank you for acknowledging the sonic signature of AQ WEL Sig. 

I went AQ: Diamond > Wild > WEL Sig. And that was it !!
