Anyone have any thoughts on how this might play with phantoms? In particular, do you think it will be able to stream wirelessly via bluetooth to them?

Also, any other thoughts on whether this might make sense as a storage/interface solution to use with phantoms would be much appreciated

A high resolution streamer is unfortunately a waste of money if you are planning to use it for Bluetooth streaming. The sound quality of BT streaming isn't very good. If the streamer has optical output you could connect it to a Phantom or the Dialog and play high resolution files.
