windows 10 and spark

my windows 10 laptop has music stored in it but the spark app cannot play them.

i tried on my windows 8 laptop and the files worked fine.

anyone has the same issues with windows 10? how do I fix this?

Probably not related to Windows 10. Spark works fine on my computer running Windows 10. I had a similar issue on windows 8.1.

You may want to check your firewall and allow in/outbond communications from Spark.

what is the directory the music files are stored in ? If you look in Spark under the "Sources" tab, do you see the right directory ?
