No Bluetooth

Hi

My new phantom gold doesn't have a bluetooth option?

Its not showing up in the "pairing list" or in Spark.

Any suggestions??

BT option has to be activated in spark / settings / devices / phantom 'left or right) and then click on "+"

Do you see the option here in the list or not ?
The key must be blue if activated.

Thats the problem, there is no option to turn on bluetooth there either ?

Strange. Contact customer service, they'll sort it out.

Just if anyone is having the same problem

I sendt a request with some screenshots to devialet directly. They said it was a problem with my phantoms firmware and they were sending an update to my spark app.
One short update later everything is back to normal.
