Black Gecko

I just ordered the Phantom I 103db with the gecko for my new house today.

My question is: Has anyone tried to spray paint the gecko black and had any success? It really bothers me that it only comes in white

Why not trying covering, same technic as car covering, it's reversible :-)

Anything can be painted, what i would do is take it for powder coating.

did somebody managed to dismantle the Gecko? I want to powder coat it with RAL9005 but for that it needs to be dismantled. thx
