Phantom I touching top no longer turns them on

Hi all, just updated both my Phantom I's to the latest version firmware: 2.17.3 and realized that I can no longer turn the phantoms on by just using my palms and touching the top side of the speakers.

I have a feeling it's definitely from the update as this feature stopped working on both phantoms simultaneously after I updated them.

Is anyone else having the same issue?

Yes, as noted in the larger release notes thread about the updates. Have the same issue, but other have had it even before (or never had it working) so not sure what they are doing. Very annoying never the less.

after updated my 2 x Phantoms, left one always disconnected, and touch power on no longer works.

shame of their programmers.
