Package material in Phantom box
#1
Bought a second hand Silver Phantom and got it today and there are some bad marks on the casing on the Phantom from the grey plastic in the box. Are there not supposed to be some sort of soft material between the Phantom and the grey plastic in the box?

I bought it from a shop so they have to solve it, just curious how it is packed original from Devialet.

Now they ship Phantom in a white cloth/bag inside the box. I've bought mine without internal cloth from the store.

Ok, I saw a unpackning video on Youtube and there was no bag or anything else, seems strange to me to ship a highgloss thing with rather hard plastic directly against it.

Will the store have to deal with it.
