Hi. 
Does anyone know if it's possible to stereo pair a Phantom classic (Listed as Phantom 1 light chrome in the app) and a Phantom Silver?

No, but you can use Roon and DSP to make one speaker play left channel, the other right channel and even out the volume difference between the speakers.
