Pairing issue

I have a Silver Phantom in Solo configuration.

I use Android Spark to control it.  Recently, Phantom refuses to pair on my BT or with Wifi.  I did a 3 press reset to start fresh install.  After this too BT pairing is getting refused by Phantom.  on single press to enable Phantom Wifi, I do not see it all.

Is my unit gone bad?  All help  to identify and fix my problem is highly appreciated.
